Boyka: Undisputed V (2026) picks up where the intense action-packed legacy of the Undisputed series leaves off. After his victory over his former rival, George “Iceman” Chambers (Scott Adkins) in the fourth installment, Yuri Boyka (also played by Scott Adkins) has now become a legend in the underground world of mixed martial arts (MMA). However, the road to redemption and peace isn’t as clear as he thought.
After years of fighting in illegal underground rings and attempting to break free from his violent past, Boyka is trying to rebuild his life. He’s taken on the role of a coach, teaching MMA to younger fighters at a local gym in Eastern Europe. He has settled down, trying to live an honest life, moving away from the blood-stained cage that once defined him.
However, his attempt to escape his past comes to a tragic halt when an old rival, Maxim Volkov (played by a formidable actor like Jason Statham), a brutal and corrupt fight promoter, resurfaces with an offer that Boyka can’t refuse. Volkov has gained control of several MMA organizations, using his influence to ensure that his fighters are bound by his rules. He forces Boyka back into the ring, promising his gym’s survival and financial backing in exchange for one last fight in Volkov’s newly-created global tournament—The Gladiator Tournament.
As Boyka begins to train for the tournament, he faces internal conflict, torn between the life he wants to lead and the violence he’s drawn back into. Meanwhile, Boyka is unknowingly forced to fight in a series of brutal and rigged matches against fighters who are much younger, faster, and more ruthless than he has ever faced before. Boyka’s physical prowess is tested to its limits as he is forced to confront not only his old enemies but also his own personal demons.
As the tournament progresses, Boyka begins to uncover the dark and corrupt dealings behind Volkov’s promotion. The tournament isn’t just about fighting—it’s a way for Volkov to take control of a vast network of criminals who use MMA as a cover for their illegal activities. Boyka finds himself at the center of a plot far more sinister than he could have ever imagined.
In the final act, Boyka must not only face Volkov in a life-or-death showdown, but also protect the fighters he has grown to care about. It’s a battle not just for his own redemption but for the freedom of those who have been enslaved by the world of corrupt fight promotions. The stakes are higher than ever, with Boyka facing his toughest challenge yet—winning the ultimate fight for justice while battling his own desire for peace.
