Set in the mysterious and mystical town of Mystic Falls, Legacies follows the life of Hope Mikaelson (Danielle Rose Russell), the daughter of Klaus Mikaelson and Hayley Marshall. As a powerful Tribrid—a combination of vampire, witch, and werewolf—Hope must navigate the complexities of her heritage while facing the dangers that come with it. She enrolls in the Salvatore School for the Young and Gifted, where supernatural beings like herself are trained to control their powers and coexist with humans.
Alongside her friends, including the charming and conflicted vampire Landon Kirby (Aria Shahghasemi), the witch Josie Saltzman (Kaylee Bryant), and the ever-loyal werewolf Rafael Waithe (Peyton Alex Smith), Hope faces not only external threats like dangerous creatures from the supernatural world but also the darker side of her own nature. Throughout the series, Hope is tested as she struggles to balance love, loyalty, and the responsibilities that come with being one of the most powerful beings in existence.
