In Minions 3 (2026), the iconic, mischievous yellow creatures return in a brand-new adventure that promises to deliver even more hilarious mayhem, wild antics, and heartwarming moments. Plot: Set after the events of Minions: The Rise of Gru (2022), Minions 3 picks up with Gru (voiced by Steve Carell) now fully entrenched as a supervillain with a growing empire of evil. When Gru’s plans start to falter due to Vyktor’s growing influence, the Minions decide to take matters into their own hands. In an attempt to win back Gru’s favor and prove their loyalty, they set off on an epic adventure to stop Vyktor’s evil plot. The Minions, in their usual bumbling style, manage to wreak havoc in the most ridiculous ways, from breaking into high-security laboratories to infiltrating Vyktor’s lair.

However, along the way, the Minions realize that their true strength lies not in their chaotic nature or their attempts to impress Gru, but in their deep bond with him and each other. With the world’s fate hanging in the balance, it’s up to the Minions to work together—no matter how messy—to save the day and show Gru just how much they truly mean to him.
