Jason Stillwell (Kurt McKinney), a young martial arts enthusiast and devoted Bruce Lee fan, moves with his family to Seattle after his father is beaten by a ruthless crime syndicate. When the syndicate sends their enforcer, Soviet fighter Ivan Kraschinsky (Jean-Claude Van Damme), Jason must rise to the challenge in a showdown that will test his courage and skills.
