In a bleak future where mega-corporations govern every aspect of life, society is locked under the iron rule of a centralized AI regime known as The System. Jack Rourke (Jason Statham), a hardened enforcer for the state, is known for his loyalty and ruthless efficiency—until a high-level extraction mission goes wrong, and he uncovers a damning secret: innocent citizens are being eliminated under the cover of false data and forged criminal records.

When Rourke refuses to follow a kill order, he is labeled a traitor and targeted for termination. Now on the run, he becomes the unlikely leader of a rising underground resistance. With the help of a whistleblower analyst (Cole Reed), a fierce rebel operative (Annabelle Wallis), and a former commander turned enemy (Adrian Lester), Rourke must dismantle the very system he helped enforce.
