Plot Summary:

After the heartwarming adventure of the first film, Emily Elizabeth (Darby Camp) and her giant red dog, Clifford, have settled into their new life in New York City. Clifford has become a beloved local celebrity, bringing joy (and occasional chaos) to the neighborhood.

However, when Emily and Clifford are invited to an international pet festival in London, their adventure takes a wild turn.
