The Bedroom Window (1987)

A stylish Hitchcockian thriller, The Bedroom Window spins a gripping web of deception, obsession, and deadly consequences. When ambitious businessman Terry Lambert (Steve Guttenberg) has an affair with his boss’s wife, Sylvia (Isabelle Huppert), he unwittingly finds himself entangled in a chilling crime. One night, Sylvia witnesses an attempted murder from Terry’s apartment window, but since revealing their affair would ruin her reputation, Terry takes it upon himself to report the crime as if he were the witness. However, as the investigation deepens, his well-intended lie places him in the crosshairs of both the police and the real killer.
